Labeling is not the same as the ine we use to see in the website. We were not inform if what we biught is an old or new version. Also the tubber inside has a slight bump. Dont know if it will affect out cooking experience.
Have been wanting to get an air fryer for a long time and finally chose this for its large capacity and multiple functions. Delivery was fast and the air -fryer was well-packaged. Have only used it once so far but am satisfied with the results 🙂
Product delivered was defective. During FIRST use, light exploded! Then they wouldn’t replace because it was 2 days past the 7 day return period from delivery when those two days were Nov 1 and 2 where I couldn’t call their number because of the long weekend. Only option was to get it repaired wherein I still have to PAY the replacement part! All for a unit that’s supposed to be NEW! Absolute waste of money
