I received the product a few days after I ordered it, and everything seems to be working fine. EDIT: It overheated and stopped after ten mins of being used (not even continuously!) on cookie batter! :(

Per Hanabishi’s first email my delivery would take 7-14 days for them to deliver the appliance, but i received an email update from them after 2 days of purchasing online that my item will arrive within 24 hours and thats amazing! Love how responsive their customer service also on facebook! Will surely order again from Hanabishi ❤️

I liked the item! Very affordable and helpful. Courier was nice altho he's a bit farther from my actual location. The price I paid was just right for the product plus... FREE SHIPPING! I can use the hand mixer alone or use it as a stand mixer. So far, it satisfies my mixing needs in the kitchen (already made Dalgona Coffee with this one last last week). I can also use the bowl for other purposes. I'll give it a five but I think this product still needs improvement most especially on its available color. I don't like pink very much hehe. Additionally, I feel the body is too light if I use it as a stand mixer because it's made of plastic. But I've yet to check on that the next time I use it. Overall: IT'S GOOD!!!
