Ingredients:

  • Pancake mix
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ⅓ cup cornstarch
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  1. Combine water and cornstarch until dissolved.
  2. In another bowl, mix cocoa powder and cornstarch water.
  3. Add the condensed milk to the mixture and stir well.
  4. On top of a stove, continuously stir the mixture over low heat until it simmers. 
  5. Turn off the fire and add the melted butter and vanilla extract. Blend well.
