I bought the item at Robinson’s Place mall. I got it last year and just a couple months of using it, the power keeps going on and off. What’s funny is that they recommended us to pay extra for a guaranteed “item replacement” when the unit cannot be fixed when its not working properly. Then giving us a defective unit! Wow!! I want my money back. I do not recommend purchasing this. We also bought a cooling & hot water dispenser. Also not working. And will never purchase from this brand ever.
