It has no filter.. the air is cool but not that powerful. It can tilt but not that much in fact very minimal tilt you wont notice its tilted... 10° angle only i would say... the good thing is its very quiet. Oh and another thing... the light is too bright you have to put cover on it to able to sleep at night
