The electric fan is working fine and the delivery was fast. I expected it to be delivered at least 5 days from the date I ordered but it got delivered within 3 days. Only problem is I got a different color from what I have ordered, instead of a black colored fan I received a white colored fan, but it's okay since the unit is working well.

Good customer service. Initially no white color available so personnel in charge contacted me regarding this. Ending up with the dark blue. I prefer the white one on this but the dark blue is still in quality also. Atleast we are informed like these concerns just the time we are purchasing the product.

The wrong color was delivered. It was written in the instructions that someone will call me to confirm my order but no one did. I just got a call from the delivery that the item was being delivered that day.
